Please note that the web site links to each hotel are to provide you with information only. Should you wish to book accommodation this should be done through the online registration form.
Rates quoted are per room per night including breakfast, service and tax. The cut off for accommodation is 1st February 2008.
Early Arrival
Should you wish to check into your room earlier, it is safer to reserve the previous night as well.
IMPORTANT: You will be expected to settle the remainder of your accommodation charges directly with the hotel on departure. If you do not arrive at your hotel on the due date, the hotel may cancel your reservation and charge you for all nights booked.
Changes to Reservations
Any changes to the reservation must be notified in writing to the Conference Organisers (In Conference Ltd) and not directly to the hotel.
