Delegate Fees
The registration fee for pre-registered delegates includes:
• Attendance at the scientific sessions and entry to the exhibition hall
• Delegate bag and conference material
• Attendance at the Poster Reception on Monday afternoon
• Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks and lunch as published in the programme
Attendance at both the ISAFG Conference and the EBRC Launch
If you would like to attend the EBRC Launch as well as the ISAFG Conference you will be able to select to do so during registration. If you would only like to attend EBRC please click here.

Cancellation Penalties
Cancellations before 1st March 2008 will be refunded less a £50 admin fee. Notification of cancellation should be sent to the conference organisers in writing by fax or email.

Registration/Information Desks
The Registration Desk is located in the Strathblane Hall. All delegates will receive their name badge, meeting documents and all other relevant conference information upon arrival. All outstanding fees must be settled on arrival.
Travel Bursaries
European Science Foundation: Deadline - 14th March 2008
Through the support from the European Science Foundation, a limited number of flat rate bursaries of £120 each will be awarded towards the cost of travel and registration.

USDA: Deadline – February 22nd, 2008
Through the support from the USDA, three travel bursaries are available to young researchers from the U.S. (PhD and First year post-doc students) to attend the Symposium and to present their work. Please follow this link for more information and the application form.
Conference Hotels

Rates quoted are per room per night including breakfast, service and tax. The cut off for accommodation is 1st February 2008.
Early Arrival
Should you wish to check into your room earlier, it is safer to reserve the previous night as well
IMPORTANT: You will be expected to settle the remainder of your accommodation charges directly with the hotel on departure. If you do not arrive at your hotel on the due date, the hotel may cancel your reservation and charge you for all nights booked.
Changes to Reservations
Any changes to the reservation must be notified in writing to the Conference Organisers (In Conference Ltd) and not directly to the hotel.
